Job Description

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the CLEAR® product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise-grade media workflow solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, build automated test suites, and ensure seamless releases.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CLEAR® & CLEAR®AI modules.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Browserstack or Playwright.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and cloud-based applications.
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
* Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
* Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy and best practices.
* Work closely with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
* Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and AI-driven testing approaches.

Required Qualifications

* 6–10 years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in automation.
* Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Browserstack).
* Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for scripting automated tests.
* Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with media workflows, video streaming, or digital asset management systems.
* Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools or interest in AI-driven quality engineering.
* Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
* ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
