As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll lead complex failure investigations, drive root cause analysis, and influence product quality improvements across the organization. You'll wo k closely with engineering and quality teams while mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future of our analysis methods and laboratory practices.

Your responsibilities
Lead complex failure analysis of Low Voltage System Drives and own critical root cause investigations.
Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Prepare and validate technical reports and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Lead reliability testing activities and provide technical support for field investigations.
Develop and improve failure analysis methods, laboratory procedures, and technical standards.
Mentor junior QA Engineers and support their technical development.
Identify opportunities for product, process, and quality improvements across the organization.
Ensure compliance with ABB quality and safety standards while promoting engineering best practices.
Your background
At least 5 years of experience in the electronics or electrotechnics field, including a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance and failure analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and manufacturing processes.
Proven experience with failure analysis, root cause investigations, and quality improvement methodologies.
Experience leading technical investigations and driving cross-functional problem solving.
Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
Fluency in English.
