Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive test strategies for our cloud-based applications and services. You will work closely with development teams, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance the overall quality of our products. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Perform thorough regression testing to validate software updates and enhancements.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure optimal system performance.
• Create and maintain test environments, ensuring they are well-equipped and configured.
• Analyze and report test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
