We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our globally distributed team of AI evangelists to build reliable, scalable and secure GenAI-powered products. You will help us shape the future of CX by driving quality initiatives, strengthening QA processes and ensuring we deliver high-quality and stable products to our users.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior QA Engineer with strong functional QA expertise and solid automation knowledge to join our growing AI Department. This role will contribute to the quality assurance strategy for Foundever’s GenAI-powered products that support our global operations and customer experience initiatives.

The Senior QA Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Product and Design teams to improve software quality through efficient testing strategies, cross-product QA collaboration, structured test planning and continuous process improvements. This role also requires supporting QA best practices, release readiness activities and automation initiatives across the QA organization.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, testing strategies and regression testing approaches across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Developers and Designers to analyze requirements, identify risks and ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Create, review and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios and QA documentation.
  • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, integration and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Coordinate cross-product QA efforts to ensure consistent quality standards and testing coverage.
  • Identify, document and track defects, providing detailed and actionable bug reports.
  • Support release validation, go/no-go decisions and production readiness activities.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives and automated regression coverage using frameworks such as Playwright.
  • Promote QA best practices, testing standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the QA organization.
  • Mentor QA team members in testing methodologies, organization and quality processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to proactively identify quality risks and improvement opportunities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in QA in agile environments.
  • Strong experience defining and managing test plans, testing strategies and regression testing processes.
  • Experience coordinating QA activities across multiple projects or products.
  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, exploratory and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience supporting release management and production readiness processes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Experience testing AI-powered products or AI capabilities is a bonus.

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes and testing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify risks proactively and drive quality improvements.
  • Good understanding of automation frameworks and modern QA practices.
  • User-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed international teams.

Languages

  • Excellent written and spoken technical English.

Tools and Applications

  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation framework.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automated testing workflows.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of AI-related products, CX tools and applications is a bonus.
