Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our partner's team.

In this role, you will be involved in automated testing activities within a complex banking environment, contributing to the quality and reliability of backend systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for backend applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and QA teams to ensure high software quality standards.
• Execute and optimize automated testing processes within a complex enterprise environment.
• Validate backend functionality, integrations, and database-related processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to QA processes and automation frameworks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in test automation using Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of Java for backend application testing.
• Solid experience working with MS SQL and Oracle SQL databases.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience or understanding of the payments/banking domain.
