Our client's objective is to revitalize safer draw-based games through technological innovation and the provision of engaging new methods of participation. Our team is currently engaged in a project that will facilitate the transition to an enhanced, more secure, and expanded gaming platform.
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support and maintain the automated testing suite for web and mobile applications. This role focuses on executing and maintaining existing automated tests. You will monitor smoke and regression test runs, analyze failed cases, raise issues, and contribute to reducing test flakiness. This position offers the opportunity to work with CodeceptJS and TypeScript in a collaborative, product-driven environment.What you will do
Maintain and monitor automated test suites for web and mobile platforms.
Regularly analyze the results of automated test runs (smoke, regression) and investigate failures.
Fix broken or outdated automated tests to ensure consistent and reliable test execution.
Identify and raise bugs uncovered through automation failures.
Collaborate with developers and testers to understand application changes and adapt test coverage accordingly.
Contribute to reducing test flakiness and improving the reliability of the test suite.
Provide clear and detailed documentation on test fixes, issues found, and automation updates.
Ensure alignment with the existing CodeceptJS-based automation framework and best practices.
Test Automation Tools: CodeceptJS (primary), however, experience with other JavaScript-based automation tools ( Playwright, Cypress) is relevant and sufficient
Programming Languages: TypeScript
Testing Areas: Web and mobile test automation, smoke and regression test analysis
CI/CD Integration: Experience with pipelines, automated testing feedback loops GitHub Actions
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Strong attention to detail and quality ownership
