Senior QA Tester

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze requirements, design, and develop test strategy, test plan, test script based on the product requirements from business and development team.

2. Responsible for QA activities such as estimation, test strategy, test planning and design, test execution, defect reporting, test results analysis and reporting.

3. Collaborate with development teams/vendor to develop effective strategies and test plans

4. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

5. Lead all stakeholders business, develop team, vendor and clients for SIT/UAT/PVT/Production Testing

6. Documentation management: create documents regarding requirements, use case, test plan, bug report, user manual.

7. Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products, participate in troubleshooting and tracking of issues with different teams/vendors to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.

8. Investigating customer complaints, reviewing customer/user feedback.

9. Improve the QA process

10. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

11. Supervise Junior staff

Qualification:

Thai Nationality Male or Female

Bachelor's or higher Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS/IT or related fields

At least 3 years total experience in QA/Tester role.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

Having experience testing Mobile, Web, and API applications.

Experience in coding such as Javascript, Python, Java, Ruby, C# etc is an advantage

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is an advantage

Any experience with test tools such as Postman, Robot Framework, Browserstack, Selenium, Appinum, Junit, TestNG, JMeter, XCTest, Espresso, and Cypress.io is an advantage

Experience with performance and/or penetration security testing is an advantage

Experience with creating, configuring, and Integrating test automation scripts into CI/CD eg. Jenkins is an advantage

Experience in relational database eg. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL or NoSQL eg. Redis,

MongoDB is an advantage

Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai.

Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team

Positive attitude, self-discipline, open mind and work hard

Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines.
