🚀Job Areas:
Development of backend algorithms for the EU regulations project - Implementation of advanced pay data analysis mechanisms that will help companies across Europe meet new regulatory requirements.
Performance optimization and functionality migration - Working on improving application performance for clients with large datasets and moving mechanisms from frontend to backend while creating dedicated APIs.
Creating reports and dashboards based on large datasets - Building the backend layer for advanced reports and visualizations that identify business critital areas and propose solutions to equalize differences.
🚀What you need to join us:
Must have:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Python (backend algorithms).
Knowledge of Django and building backend applications.
Experience working with PostgreSQL and database operations.
Ability to design and create APIs.
Experience in writing unit tests and API testing.
Delivery-focused mindset and business orientation.
Fluent English (B2/C1).
You must be eligible to work in Poland (citizenship, visa or solo-preneurship registered).
Nice to have:
Knowledge of DuckDB (recently introduced to the organization).
Openness to working with AI tools - automating coding, code review, and documentation (Claude Code, AI code review).
