Role: Senior Python Developer

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• Strong experience with Python development in enterprise environments;
• Experience developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications;
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku platform;
• Experience designing and implementing optimized data processing flows;
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and clean code principles;
• Experience conducting peer code reviews and ensuring code quality standards;
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and complexity of projects;
• Experience writing technical documentation and maintaining clear project documentation;
• Experience monitoring and improving application performance and reliability in production environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of data processing, automation, and scalability concepts;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities;
• Experience developing and calculating indices or data-driven use cases is a plus;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
