YOUR MISSION
Develop scalable enterprise-grade solutions in collaborative engineering teams
Apply architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices
Research & implement modern Python, GenAI, and emerging technologies
Design software with strong focus on scalability, security, resilience, and availability
Document code and technical decisions clearly and consistently
Present solutions to customers, stakeholders, and technical audiences
Mentor & coach team members and contribute to technical excellence
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Strong proficiency in Python and backend software design
Hands-on experience with Django Web Development
Solid knowledge of HTML / CSS
Strong understanding of databases and data modeling
Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
Strong awareness of security best practices and performance optimization
Ability to produce high-quality technical and design documentation
