Support sales, operation and project teams for all subcontracting and purchasing requirements.
Source, negotiate and procure services, materials and equipment for project sites through effective contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
Negotiate prices and contractual terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
Expedite and monitor delivery & quality of purchased services, materials and equipment.
Ensure procurement process is complete and executed in compliance to company policies.
Responsible for the updates of purchasing records in ERP system.
Assess and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop new subcontractors and suppliers.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in subcontracting of M&E services and purchasing/sourcing of materials, equipment and hardware in construction and M&E industry.
Experience in contractual terms & conditions for subcontracting/purchasing.
Excellent negotiation skills.
High standard of integrity.
Team player.
Experience with MS Office and ERP.
