Job Description


  • Support sales, operation and project teams for all subcontracting and purchasing requirements.
  • Source, negotiate and procure services, materials and equipment for project sites through effective contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
  • Negotiate prices and contractual terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Expedite and monitor delivery & quality of purchased services, materials and equipment.
  • Ensure procurement process is complete and executed in compliance to company policies.
  • Responsible for the updates of purchasing records in ERP system.
  • Assess and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop new subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in subcontracting of M&E services and purchasing/sourcing of materials, equipment and hardware in construction and M&E industry.
  • Experience in contractual terms & conditions for subcontracting/purchasing.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • High standard of integrity.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with MS Office and ERP.
