You join our global Publisher Acquisition team, focused on expanding MGID’s premium publisher network and ensuring profitable, long-term partnerships. In Latin America, your mission is to accelerate MGID’s presence in a highly competitive native advertising market through strategic deal-making and trusted relationships with Tier 1 publishers.
As a Senior Publisher Acquisition Manager, you play a key role in expanding MGID’s supply footprint across Latin America. You develop relationships with leading publishers, structure competitive native monetization deals, and drive sustainable revenue and margin growth. You operate with senior-level autonomy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-impact performance.
Bring 5+ years of experience in similar roles within adtech, digital media, or programmatic monetization, working directly with publishers.

The role includes regional travel (for example, to key markets and events), with trips expected roughly once per quarter, depending on business priorities.
