Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives and services in alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing projects while maintaining high service quality, effective resource utilization, and strong stakeholder alignment. The role combines project management and service management responsibilities, covering full lifecycle delivery, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement within complex and international environments.We are looking for a profile with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multicultural environments.

Role and Responsabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution and acceptance
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring control of scope, timelines, cost, quality, and resources
  • Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams to achieve delivery objectives
  • Apply project management methodologies and ensure alignment with governance frameworks
  • Manage change and risk processes, ensuring proactive mitigation and informed decision-making
  • Produce status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for stakeholders and leadership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment
  • Oversee vendor and contract performance using KPIs to ensure quality and compliance

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, MS Project or similar)
  • Strong experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and resources across projects
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and governance boards
  • Experience producing status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications
  • Strong organizational, planning, and risk management skills with a delivery-focused mindset
  • Fluent English (spoken and written, minimum C1-advance level) with excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects
  • ITIL v4 certification or service management experience
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Experience with vendor, supplier, and contract management
  • Exposure to portfolio or program management
  • Risk management certification (e.g. MoR)
  • Experience working in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and service performance management
  • Experience supporting service lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments

Tools:

Experience with common project management, reporting, and collaboration tools, such as:

  • Project and service management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar)
  • Reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Excel)
  • Agile and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
  • Documentation and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Risk, issue, and change tracking tools
  • Ticketing and workflow management tools
