THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the Finance Proximity Specialist , you will take on the critical role of turning business needs into technology solutions from defining system requirements and designing technical solutions, to developing and testing enhancements. You will work on a variety of Operation initiatives including implementation of new products, enhancements to existing systems with close collaboration with our global partners in Pernod Ricard. You will be comfortable with system/software design and development and possesses solid communication and documentation skills.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The role involves collecting local insights and feedback on products, conducting change management activities, ensuring the secure deployment of global products in Affiliates, and facilitating the engagement of local Key User communities.

  • Capturing affiliates needs and specificities on a specific product domain: Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within my specific product domain and arbitrate/challenge their claims and analyze affiliate data and feedback so tailored solutions that address their specific needs and align with the product's offerings can be considered by Product teams
  • Incident Management: Act as the liaison between the Business and the incident support team within the ME, provide functional skills to qualify incidents and orient them to the right capability teams
  • Performing roll-out and change management actions for global products of their domain scope: Gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience, prepare relevant change plan & activities and perform local change impact assessment and change activities to ease local adoption of global products, support test activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities
  • Value Realization : Collect & consolidate relevant metrics/insights to report on value delivered from Products at affiliate level

YOUR TEAM

Reporting Line (direct/indirect): Operations & Corporate Proximity Lead

Key internal stakeholders : Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, SSC teams across all greater China Business Units (contribute to animation of key users' community for the domain, share the latest products updates and documentation), Product Owners

Key external stakeholders : Vendors supporting Legacy Applications

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

7 years minimum experience in IT finance management, with a proven track record of success.

•Strong understanding of finance processes, including GL, AR, AP, Treasury, FA, tax, controlling, reporting and consolidation. Also, understand the E2E processes of O2C, P2P,F2S

•Extensive knowledge of finance technology systems, including ERP, E-invoice, tax platform, purchasing platform, etc.

•Experience in the end to end implementations of ERP Applications such as JDE, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA etc.

•Knowledgeable in establishing integrations with applications of other domains

•Strong analytical skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes

•Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically

•Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

•Collaboration & team spirit

•Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in system configuration

•Ability to work in an Agile environment

•Understanding of industry best practices

•Strong project management skills both Agile and Waterfall

•Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline desired.
