Allen-Sherman-Hoff (A-S-H): Member of the Andritz Group is looking for a Manager of Proposals & Pricing in Exton, PA office. This manager is a direct contributor role that leads cross-functional teams to execute proposal opportunities across the business unit whether they are project or parts opportunities. Proposal projects include all material handling opportunities including traditional bottom and fly ash transport through material handling opportunities in all available markets. This position does not have direct reports to support the proposal and pricing efforts but also must motivate individual team members across a range of functions and disciplines. Working closely with the ASH business developers, estimating, engineering, and sales to develop bid-winning technical and commercial strategy, scope of supply, division of work, project execution plan, cost, and schedule, this individual is also responsible for writing, producing, and overseeing the best-in-class proposal documents.
