Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking a Senior Proposal Designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing and persuasive proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and services. The Senior Proposal Designer works closely with the Business Development, Pre-Construction, and Creative Co. teams to understand the project pursuit details and create proposals that meet their requirements within the required deadlines.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, write, and edit proposals in response to Requests for Proposals(RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and direct bids ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Create visually appealing and persuasive proposals that showcase the company's capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with in-house Business Development, Pre-Construction, Construction and Creative teams to understand project pursuits and create proposals that meet the necessary requirements.
- Use graphic design software to create proposals that incorporate visual elements, such as images, charts, and graphs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet weekly deadlines.
- Work with the Creative team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations decks.
- Identify opportunities for improving the proposal process, including template development and best practices.
- Maintain a proposal template library to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. 

QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined in a collaborative studio environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Studio Software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and employees
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
