We are seeking a Senior Property Valuation Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, determining market value, and preparing detailed valuation reports for various purposes such as sales, leasing, and investment advice.
Conduct on-site property inspections to assess key value determinants.
Analyze comparable market data to estimate accurate market value.
Prepare detailed valuation and appraisal reports in compliance with company and industry standards.
Provide valuation and advisory services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and valuation techniques.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of valuation assignments.
Present valuation results and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Relevant experience in property valuation, research, or a similar field.
Preferably non-Arabic speaker.
Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
Must be locally available in Qatar.
