An exciting opportunity has become available for a SeniorPropertyUnderwriter– Multinationalto play a key role in underwritingand managingcomplex risks and supporting profitable growth across our multinational property portfolio. In this role,you’ll workclosely with brokers,partnersand internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes within agreed underwriting authorities and governance standards.You’llalso contributeto productstrategy andsupportingthe development of others through technical guidanceandcoaching,fostering ahigh‑performingand collaborative underwritingteamenvironment

Your new role:
A day in the role may look a bit like this:
Underwrite highly technical multinational property programs, actively managing a portfolio of new business and renewals within the Property Multinational area.
Build and manage strong broker relationships to drive sustainable Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth.
Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics, including growthandprofitability.
Ensure full compliance with underwriting governance requirements,standardsand internal audit processes.
Activelyparticipatein Property underwriting forums and communities to stay aligned with market trends, bestpracticeand underwriting ethos.
Contribute toad‑hocprojects and initiatives that add value across the broader organisation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you bring sound judgement, commercial thinking, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.
You will have:
Significant underwriting experience at Senior Underwriter level, ideally withinMultinational Property programmes
Wellestablished broker and customer relationships.
Strong technical underwriting, riskassessmentand portfolio management capabilities.
A proactive approach to personal technical development and continuous improvement.
The confidence to coach,influenceand support others.
