He angitūtanga: The opportunity
Auckland Council’s Property Department has an opportunity for a Senior Property Transaction Advisor within the Property Transactions team.
This role plays a critical part in delivering Auckland Council’s strategic property objectives through the provision of expert in-house advice and leadership across acquisitions, disposals, and related property transactions. You’ll work in partnership with cross-organisational teams to plan, contract, and deliver end-to-end property projects in line with statutory requirements and Council priorities.
Your work will directly support Council’s ability to deliver key infrastructure and community outcomes, ensuring acquisition and disposal programmes are executed effectively and on time.
