Senior Property Officer(Residential)[External Title: Assistant Property Manager](Ref:260000S4)

Responsibilities Assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation Monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors, including security guards, clubhouse staff and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees

RequirementsDegree in a related discipline or a membership of a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience; ORHigher Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory levelPosssession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) LicenceStrong interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, the Owners' Committees and the publicGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applicationsExperience in managing high-end and large residential complex is an advantage Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
