  • Package up to $161,698.72 pa. Package includes salary range ($129,464.00 pa to $142,665.00pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Greenacre - 3 days a week

About the role:

The Senior Property Officer is responsible for leading the delivery of Fire and Rescue NSW’s property portfolio services, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and other land-related matters, ensuring the agency’s diverse property assets are strategically managed and aligned with operational priorities and long-term objectives. Operating as a senior practitioner, you will provide high-level specialist advice, lead complex property negotiations and transactions, ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and policies, and manage property related risks to support informed decision making.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of property portfolio including the acquisition and disposal of
    properties, all conveyancing matters and the management and negotiation of all types of leases, licences and
    MOUs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a current, valid driver’s licence and prepared to drive a FRNSW vehicle and conduct business on behalf of FRNSW anywhere in NSW
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience
