This role will see you managing a mixed portfolio of office and industrial assets, supported by an experienced and collaborative team. You’ll gain exposure to the full property management lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and tenants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of tenant requests and engagement supported by a Facilities Manager
  • Lease administration and property asset planning
  • Rent collection, arrears management and outgoings reconciliations
  • Assisting with budgets, reporting and client communication
  • Supporting lease renewals, rent reviews and general portfolio performance
  • Property inspections to maintain asset standards

Qualifications

About you:

  • Assistant PM or Property Manager experience essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with a client and tenant-focused mindset
  • A team player wanting to contribute to a highly supportive and successful team
  • SA Property Management or Real Estate Licence
