We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Senior Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties (predominantly apartments), supported by a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant.
This is a leadership-focused role, allowing you to concentrate on portfolio performance, client relationships, and team development — rather than being caught in day-to-day administration.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing a residential portfolio with a strong focus on service and retention
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant
• Overseeing portfolio performance including arrears, vacancy, and client experience
• Maintaining high standards of communication with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal processes

Structure of the role:

• No trust accounting responsibilities
• No Saturday work required
• Leasing on your portfolio is handled by your Property Officer
• Administrative support provided by a Virtual Assistant

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Demonstrated ability to manage a structured portfolio efficiently
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
• Strong communication skills with a clear, professional approach
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes and maintain consistency
