A well-established and respected real estate developer is seeking a Senior Property Administrator to join their in-house team and support the day-to-day operations of a growing commercial/retail portfolio across the GTA and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property administrator ready to take the next step in their career. With a clear path to becoming an Assistant Property Manager, this role offers hands-on involvement in the operational and tenant-facing aspects of property management.

About the Role:

As a key member of the property operations team, you’ll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth and professional management of the portfolio. You will handle a range of administrative responsibilities — from lease documentation and tenant communications to coordinating maintenance requests and supporting budgeting processes. While the company has a dedicated property accounting team, you will provide clerical support to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
