Senior Property Accountant, under the direction of the Accounting Manager, works collaboratively to manage financial aspects of KETTLER Management apartment communities. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-service focused individual. He/she will be responsible for day to day accounting operations of several residential apartment and retail/commercial communities which will include the preparation of the financial statements and other owner and investor requests. The Senior Property Accountant will also assist in the preparation and analysis of the operating budgets and other special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
