Für unseren Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche in Luzern, suchen wir eine:n Senior Projektleiter:in - Workplace.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Koordination einer Taskforce zur Stabilisierung und Optimierung der Workplace-Umgebung (Fat Client, Citrix, Endpoint Management)
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Incidents sowie übergreifenden Problemfeldern
  • Steuerung des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei gezielten Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Workplace-Services
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und transparente Kommunikation von Fortschritten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
  • Regelmässiges Reporting zur Nachverfolgung von Massnahmen und Zielerreichung

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Teams und Taskforces in komplexen Betriebsumgebungen
  • Fundiertes Know-how im Bereich Workplace, Citrix und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit eskalationsgefährdeten Situationen und hohem Erwartungsdruck
  • Fähigkeit, operative Sofortmassnahmen umzusetzen und nachhaltige Verbesserungen voranzutreiben
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Workplace- und Citrix-Umgebungen (Performance, Betrieb, Troubleshooting)
  • Erfahrung mit ITSM-Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change Management), idealerweise nach ITIL
  • Strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise bei Root Cause Analysis und Problemlösung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Reporting- und Steuerungsinstrumenten
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
