Review procurement clauses to ensure practical safety measures by vendors
Conduct safety briefings for new hires and milestone courses (offsite)
Consolidate and align safety management systems in high-risk divisions
Organise and coordinate external best-practice visits
Support consultancy studies on Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Assist in developing and implementing Third-Party Risk Management frameworks
Support supervisors on safety policies and related matters
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, Business, or related field
Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards
Experience in safety management systems, risk assessment, or vendor management
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week.
