Senior Project Specialist

Department: CEO Discovery Team

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Kazakhstan

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive execution of experimental and high-impact projects, launch new initiatives, and ensure smooth cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project tracking: statuses, risks, deadlines, owners
• Prepare briefings and ensure follow-ups on decisions
• Flag risks and deviations
• Support project launches: research, briefs, structure
• Define goals, scope, and key milestones
• Collect and analyze data; prepare insights for decisions
• Conduct market and performance analysis
• Coordinate cross-team workflows and task delivery
• Escalate blockers when needed
• Manage partners and document flow (NDAs, contracts, etc.)
• Execute ad-hoc tasks: research, presentations, docs

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong project thinking, ability to structure ambiguity
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
• High ownership, multitasking
• Clear communication, adaptable to audience
• Data skills (Sheets/Tableau; SQL/Python as a plus)
• Marketing analytics understanding
• English B1+
• 3+ years in tech, 5+ years total experience
