What You'll do:

- Define project and service objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.

- Manage and optimize human, financial, and technical resources across multiple initiatives.

- Monitor project execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

- Identify and resolve operational and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and continuously monitor their impact.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Engineering, DevOps, and business units, to ensure successful delivery.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management documentation to support informed decision-making.

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, risks, and key deliverables.

- Lead formal project closure activities, ensuring objectives are achieved and deliverables are accepted.

- Conduct post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, governance, and service management practices.

Who You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.

- 6+ years of Project and/or Service Management experience, including 4+ years in technology environments.

- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, and project risks.

- Proficient with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.

- Experience delivering complex technology projects involving APIs, integrations, or digital platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) and English C1 or above (mandatory)

- Hybrid role based in Lisbon.
