1. Position Project Sales Executive
2. Report to National Project Sales Manager
3. Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 | Monday – Friday
4. Location: 1st Floor, Endovina Tower, No. 146 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

As a project sales executive, your primary role and responsibilities is to drive sales for the company by identifying and securing project opportunities. You will be the key liaison between the company and construction professionals such as Architects, Developer and Contractors and Door manufacturers.

6. Responsibility:

• Manage and achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly sales targets and order in-take targets.
• Approach Developers, Interior Designs, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Door contractors, Door manufacturers to promote our product solutions and create brand awareness for assigned product brands in the assigned territories or/and assigned projects.
• Cultivate, develop and manage to win assigned projects.
• Build strong relationship with all projects’ related parties. Deeply understand project designs & project flow charts and technical/commercial needs. Get our respective products influenced, specified and approved accordingly.
• Study competition of each assigned project. Prepare win-win quotations of our customized solutions in compliance with the sales consultation/direction of the supervisors/company.
• Generate technical & commercial support where needed. Secure the sales opportunities. Negotiate & close sales contracts.
• Liaise with the related departments (Logistics, Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, CS…) on all technical and commercial issues pertaining to the projects and track project deliverables and collections.
• Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on CRM in the discipline & the progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
• Follow up and report on defining projects (including project info, progress, problems, solutions and results…).
• Assist in the development and implementation of new product launch/marketing plans as needed. Coordinate with Product & Marketing department to deliver events/programs to ensure that brand presence is maximized, and strategic objectives are met as well as to launch the new products.
• Constructively hand-over all full information/demands of non-assigned products/projects/customers to other sales representatives or/and other sales channels.

7. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Possess 3+ years of working experience in door hardware’s solution or door supply or construction materials in project sales sector is preferred.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, adapt to tackling challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Have good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, Door contractors.
• Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating within a team, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in independent work.
