Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project & Program Manager to lead and drive complex editorial and transformation initiatives. This role combines program leadership, business analysis, and process optimization, with a strong focus on designing scalable solutions aligned with editorial strategy in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects and program streams within editorial and business transformation initiatives

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and strategic objectives

  • Perform advanced business analysis to identify needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities across editorial processes

  • Design and drive implementation of solutions aligned with editorial strategy and organizational goals

  • Prepare, maintain, and standardize project and process documentation

  • Engage, influence, and present solutions to senior stakeholders across functions and regions

  • Plan and prioritize activities across multiple projects, ensuring effective resource coordination

  • Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of editorial workflows

  • Drive continuous improvement and support change management initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities; strong business analysis experience

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/programs in parallel within complex environments

  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to understand and design solutions considering end-to-end processes and system landscapes

  • Experience working with JIRA or similar project management tools

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with openness to change and innovation

  • Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in designing or implementing editorial tools (e.g., content editors, databases, workflow automation solutions)

  • Experience working on international projects or within global organizations

  • Strong understanding of editorial/publishing processes (digital and print)

  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Draw.io)

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models)
