Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.Senior Project Planner / Scheduler Principal Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and control Project Execution Schedules, including Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.Ensure schedule assumptions are fully aligned with cost engineering, cost estimation, risk management, and project management disciplines.Implement Company schedule and planning requirements, cascading these requirements to contractors and ensuring compliance.Identify schedule trends, risks, and potential slippages, proactively reporting findings to Project Engineers and Project Managers.Produce regular progress and performance reports, including analysis and reporting of Schedule Performance Index (SPI).Develop, implement, and maintain consistent, realistic project plans and control structures.Ensure compliance with approved planning and progress monitoring procedures.Perform monthly progress updates, including forecasting, critical path analysis, and trend analysis for assigned project elements, incorporating interface impacts.Prepare, update, and maintain schedule status reports, providing regular and comprehensive updates to Project Engineers.Assess and integrate the impact of approved changes, deviations, and productivity performance against key project targets and milestones.Identify and evaluate alternative approaches to optimize schedules and improve project outcomes.Liaise with and challenge Project Engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of key schedule drivers and sensitivities.Ensure effective resource loading and leveling within project schedules.Participate in the evaluation of bid schedules, reviewing and assessing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations.Develop and review contractual planning, progress monitoring, and reporting requirements.Review, verify, and assess contractor-reported progress, ensuring accurate reflection in the integrated project schedule.Track critical path(s), monitor float consumption, and assess overall schedule criticality.Provide input to and participate in benchmarking activities.Contribute to project close-out activities, including lessons learned and project data compilation to support knowledge retention.

What you will bring:University degree or equivalent professional experience in Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines.Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on projects.Strong experience working with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.Experience across multiple industries (Mining and associated Infrastructure experience is an advantage).Proven background in Capital Projects and EPCM environments.Solid experience in site and construction planning, including progress measurement.Strong technical capability for review, analysis, and assessment of contractor schedules.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
