As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a critical role in driving project success through effective planning, scheduling, forecasting, and project controls. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, ensuring schedule integrity, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing strategic planning support to project teams. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, maintaining, and controlling complex integrated project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring schedule quality, logic integrity, resource alignment, and execution excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading project planning and scheduling activities by providing schedule forecasts, milestone tracking, critical path analysis, look-ahead planning, and recovery plans to support successful project delivery.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Performing schedule development, baseline management, progress measurement, variance analysis, forecasting, and project performance monitoring using Primavera P6.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying schedule risks, opportunities, and constraints, and driving mitigation strategies and corrective actions where required.
• Preparing and delivering planning reports, dashboards, schedule analyses, forecasts, and project performance metrics to support effective decision-making.
• Supporting change management activities by assessing schedule impacts related to scope changes, resource constraints, and project risks.
• Driving continuous improvement by implementing planning best practices, schedule governance, and project controls processes that enhance project execution excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Have significant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls within Oil & Gas, Subsea, EPC, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Engineering environments.
• Demonstrate advanced expertise in Primavera P6, including schedule development, baseline management, critical path analysis, forecasting, and schedule control.
• Possess strong knowledge of project controls, project execution, schedule performance monitoring, risk assessment, and recovery planning.
• Be able to identify schedule risks and opportunities and drive effective mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Have experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle and integrating planning data across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Display strong leadership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
