Could you be the full-time Senior Project Planner in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your scheduling and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Adrian and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in developing and updating project schedules, collecting and analyzing time-related project information, and supporting decision-making processes to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including internal and external stakeholders, aligning schedules and managing project documentation, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and optimizing project schedules, but also advising teams on time-related contractual disputes and risk mitigation strategies.

Engineering or Business degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role
Experience in industrial or construction sectors
Proficiency in one scheduling tool (OdyC, Primavera, etc.) and familiarity with an additional scheduling software tool (Kinaxis, MS Project, TILOS)
Advanced skills in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
Detailed knowledge of scheduling theory and methods, such as EVM
Curiosity, the drive to learn, and the readiness to share knowledge with others
Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and guide teams
Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies
