We are seeking a Senior Project Operations Associate to support key operational, data-driven, and workflow-focused initiatives across Population Health. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, evolving environment and enjoys translating complex data and operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role supporting multiple programs, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and performance insights.
General Overview
Responsible for managing multiple large-scale, data-driven projects within an assigned functional area or across multiple entities. Takes ownership of the project lifecycle by guiding teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring progress toward project goals. Ensures that projects are completed successfully and provides support to team members and stakeholders as they execute key deliverables.
Serves as a strategic partner in evaluating program performance, identifying trends, and supporting data-informed decision-making across Population Health initiatives.
Essential Functions
• Develops comprehensive project plans and manages projects from initiation through completion.
• Partners with stakeholders to analyze, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights and operational improvements.
• Builds, maintains, and enhances reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support program performance monitoring and leadership visibility.
• Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and program needs.
• Communicates regularly on project status, risks, and insights with project stakeholders.
• Owns project plans for multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Provides guidance and support to project coordinators and project managers as needed.
• Identifies trends, gaps, and potential risks early, analyzes impact, and develops mitigation strategies.
• Leverages strong Excel and data analysis skills to manipulate data, identify patterns, and support continuous improvement efforts.
