In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering specialist valuation, negotiation and property acquisition services that enable Transport for NSW to secure timely land access for major infrastructure projects, this role will see you manage complex valuations, lead negotiations, provide expert advisory support, and ensure property acquisition processes meet legislative, policy, and project requirements.

You will drive fair, transparent, and efficient acquisition outcomes in a high volume, high stake project environment, contributing to one of Australia’s largest and most impactful infrastructure programs.

About you


Your technical valuation expertise, stakeholder communication strength, and experience navigating complex statutory frameworks developed across real estate valuation, government acquisition, infrastructure delivery, or related property sectors will see you manage competing priorities, deliver accurate and timely acquisition outcomes, and support project teams to meet construction and contractual land access milestones.

You're recognised as a resilient, collaborative and solutions focused professional, skilled at analysing information, negotiating with stakeholders, and applying legislative and policy requirements, and experienced in managing land acquisition transactions, conducting valuations, preparing documentation, and advising on complex, sensitive or politically visible matters.
