In this role, you'll:

• Support the development, delivery and implementation of projects to achieve agreed outcomes aligned to organisational objectives

• Provide project management and support services including preparation of reports, briefs and correspondence

• Maintain and manage project documentation, plans and registers to support monitoring, evaluation and governance

• Contribute to project planning activities, including scheduling, resourcing and progress tracking

• Coordinate working groups, meetings and consultations to support effective project delivery

• Source, collate and analyse data to identify emerging issues and track performance against milestones

• Undertake research and analysis to support informed decision making and continuous improvement

• Contribute to and deliver project outcomes within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards

About you

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience

• Solid planning skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and manage competing demands

• Experience in process mapping and contributing to business improvement initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and deliver project outcomes within structured governance frameworks

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, including coordinating engagement and maintaining effective working relationships

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of clear reports and briefs

• Analytical mindset with the ability to research issues, interpret data and present information logically

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
