Job Description

You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.

You're looking to contribute to the transformation of the transport sector towards a greener and more sustainable future. You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.

In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering complex projects to support Transport’s strategic and operational objectives


This role will see you coordinate and manage project components, provide high-level advice and reporting, support the Integration Senior Manager with external stakeholder interactions, prepare presentation packs and correspondence, and manage portfolio documentation and record tracking.


You will lead project delivery outcomes, build stakeholder relationships and drive efficiencies in a complex, fast-paced project environment


This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/27. The home office location is 231 Elizabeth Street however regional based candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

About you


Your strong project and stakeholder management skills formed across large, complex project delivery environments will see you excel in delivering outcomes on time and within budget, bring structured analysis and reporting to support decision-making and risk management, and lead to high-quality project outcomes


You’re recognized as a strong communicator, skilled at preparing briefs, presentations, and engaging with stakeholders, experienced in project management methodologies, data analysis, and working with corporate systems and tools
