The successful candidate will be working at our Ottawa office (1800 Alta Vista Drive) and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work to meet the needs of our organization. Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary full-time Senior Project Manager, Workforce Planning to join our dynamic Talent Strategy team in our People, Culture and Performance (PCP) division
The Talent Strategy team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by leading the processes to prepare the workforce for the future and to support the effectiveness of the division.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, management, development and implementation of a large, complex Canadian Blood Services project. You will coordinate the activities of all internal and external stakeholders and lead the various workstreams to achieve project objectives in accordance with established cost and time parameters. You may be responsible for managing two or more projects simultaneously.
