Digital Applications is one of the largest Atos business lines in Global Delivery Centre in Poland. It employs IT professionals in the areas of BA, Testing, Project Management, Data Base, and Development. GDC Poland executes contracts for more than 900 clients worldwide from various industries.

We are currently looking for Senior Project Manager (German speaking)

Senior Project Manager is a member of software development project management department leading from small to large projects ( Waterfall or Agile) in whole variety of sectors: Resources & Services, Public Sector & Defense, Telecom, Media & Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Insurance, Aeronautics/Airspace.

Being in our PM Team you become empowered leader driving your team to deliver solutions to our worldwide well-known clients (e.g. European Parliament).

Your colleagues will be over 80 regular and senior PMs, working in a hybrid mode across Poland (Wroclaw, Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Warsaw, Lodz, Cracow).

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of medium to large-scale projects (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
• Coordination of project teams and key stakeholders on the client and delivery sides
• Project communication and documentation in German
• Monitoring progress, managing risks and changes, and reporting project status
• Ensuring project delivery in line with agreed methodologies and organizational standards

Requirements ( must have)

• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role
• Demonstrated track record in delivering IT projects in international environment
• Practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards
• English language (B2/C1)
• Very good command of German (minimum B2/C1 level) – both written and spoken
• At least one active project management certification, such as:
  • PMP
  • SAFe
  • IPMA / IPM
  • PRINCE2
• Experience working in international environments and with distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector projects (e.g. government, infrastructure, energy, regulated environments)
• Familiarity with formal or regulated project frameworks (e.g. public procurement, compliance-heavy projects)
• Background in complex or transformation programs
