
In particular, the successful candidate will discharge the following responsibilities:
Initiating - participate in the tendering / contracting process of the project and the designation of OE.
Planning - secure Vena’s interests are satisfied in the planning of activities for TSA and BOP works.
Executing - secure that projects are implementing as per Vena’s requirements, facilitate issue resolution, lead the project team including OE through project changes.
Monitoring and Controlling – monitoring the progress of the project, managing the project’s budget, ensuring that key milestones are reached, compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance.
Closing - work with Contractors to secure and document that the project delivery is complete, review the work of third-party vendors or partners to close their contracts, archive project files for future reference and use.
Pre-requisites:
Multi-disciplined, seasoned professional with at least 10 years experience in onshore wind farm project management
Strong understanding of wind technology, turbine systems, grid connection, and operations
Experience managing and motivating cross functional teams
Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Fluency in English
