Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager for Utilities in Recovery III, you will be responsible for delivering utility systems and ensuring alignment with project timelines, cost, and scope. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and secure successful delivery across interconnected work packages.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading project management activities for utilities, including planning, scheduling, and CQV delivery
• Managing interdependencies across work packages and ensuring alignment on milestones and resources
• Driving progress by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
• Engaging with suppliers and engineering partners to monitor performance and maintain project direction
• Establishing transparent processes and structures reflecting the project’s design and status
• Drive the handover process, from project closure to operations start

You will also act as a key driver of collaboration, ensuring clear communication and resolving challenges to maintain momentum in a complex project setup.

Your new department

You will join the LP Support – Utilities team, working within the Recovery III project. The team plays a critical role in ensuring robust and reliable utility systems that support production and operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, maintenance, and project organisations, as well as external partners. The environment is cross-functional and fast-paced, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a driven and collaborative project leader who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by delivering results.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience within pharmaceutical production or a similar regulated industry
• Strong project management capabilities and experience leading through others
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and/or English, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with strong relationship-building skills and a “can-do” attitude

You are comfortable working with ambitious goals, driving continuous improvements, and building strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

What we offer

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
