Senior Project Manager – Transportation (Major/Mega Projects)

As VHB’s growth continues, our Massachusetts Highway and Structures Team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex and mega transportation projects across Massachusetts and New England.
This role will lead multidisciplinary teams of 10-30+ engineers, planners, and specialists delivering major infrastructure programs including highway corridor improvements, complex and signature bridges, rail modernization projects, and airport infrastructure using both traditional and alternative procurement.
The position offers the opportunity to guide major pursuits, collaborate directly with public agency clients, and help shape the growth of VHB’s transportation practice.
You will join a collaborative team of experienced professionals who are committed to supporting one another in the successful delivery of complex projects while fostering professional growth and leadership development.
VHB’s transportation practice continues to expand across New England and beyond creating opportunities for experienced leaders, and this role also offers significant opportunity for advancement into broader future leadership responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in Boston/Watertown, MA is $170,000-230,000 and the position located in Worcester, MA is $160,000-220,000. The final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as individual qualifications, education, and experience.
