This role is responsible for establishing governance, managing cross-vendor dependencies, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution of technology delivery programs involving third-party solutions.
This position owns projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation through closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and project management standards. Unlike traditional product development roles, this position focuses on technology integration, coordination, and delivery management across internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requires a four-year college degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred). Preferred PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Requires five to ten years general experience, five to ten years specialized experience including project / program management, PMO leadership, or technology delivery in banking or financial services. Strong experience managing vendor-based implementations (SaaS, core systems, fintech solutions). Proven experience in large-scale coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Operates a keypad device 90-100% of the day; operates electronic equipment 90-100% of the day. Operates machingery/works on ladders 0-10% of the day. Traveling to alternate work locations 10-20%. Primary body parts involved include fingers, thumb, hand, legs, fee. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
