Job Description

Senior Project Manager Supplier Ecosystem for Marketplace (f/m/d)

Dennemeyer`s key asset is its agent and supplier network consisting of global law firms and IP agents, most of which have reciprocal business opportunity and interest. It is crucial for the Dennemeyer Group to maintain long-term relations with such stakeholders based on trust and respect.

We are searching for a new Senior Project Manager Supplier Ecosystem for Marketplace (f/m/d) at the intersection of Dennemeyer`s marketplace strategy and established Agent Relationship Management (“ARM”), with a clear mandate to activate supplier capacity from the agent network into a client-facing marketplace and strengthen reciprocity with agents.

Role Purpose

This role acts as the strategic and operational bridge (“knot”) between the global ARM and the firm’s IP marketplace offering (owning the product strategy).

Its core mission is to:

  • Transform the agent network into an active supplier ecosystem

  • Continuously feed high-quality, vetted capacity into the IP marketplace

  • Strengthen reciprocal relationships with agents through balanced value exchange

  • Drive scalable, client-ready service offerings with the Marketplace developers and strategy teams sourced from the global network

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Supply Activation

  • Identify, segment, and onboard agents as marketplace suppliers

  • screen agent capabilities, quality considerations, strength of relationship in cooperation with the firm`s ARM Team and collective data

  • Ensure continuous supply availability across key IP services (filings, renewals, prosecution, enforcement, etc.) in cooperation with the firm´s ARM

2. Agent Relationship Monetization

  • Screen and evolve traditional agent relationships into two-way commercial partnerships

  • Create and strengthen reciprocity frameworks in cooperation with ARM and the firm`s departments

  • Review and structure inbound business opportunity and prospect screening of agent/client firms (two-way relationships)

3. Marketplace Integration

Work closely with the Marketplace product and platform team as well as ARM Team to:

  • Structure supplier offerings for marketplace consumption

  • Ensure seamless integration of agents into workflows (ordering, tracking, billing)

  • Support automation and digitization of agent interactions in cooperation with ARM

Required Skillset:

  • Deep understanding of global IP services and agent networks

  • Strong commercial acumen and sales expertise (pricing, margin, partnerships)

  • Stakeholder management across legal, operational, and technical domains

  • Data-driven decision making

  • Ability to translate relationships into structured, scalable offerings

Role Positioning

The role will report to the Global Head of Compliance, in the sub-category of sustainable supplier management.

This role sits in the intersection (knot) between

  • ARM (data and prizing-focused) and

  • Marketplace/product function (digitization & client-facing)

Vertically across:

  • Compliance (product offering and sustainable supplier ecosystem) including

  • Operations and ARM (supplier data and performance)

  • Commercial (sales, pricing and growth)
