Job Description

DEADLINE 23 of August!

Do you enjoy turning strategy into action in a regulated pharmaceutical environment?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Quality Assurance organization and lead strategic initiatives from planning through implementation. In this role, you will ensure that improvement initiatives are translated into practical solutions, embedded into daily operations, and create lasting value across the business.

The opportunity

As Senior Project Manager - Strategy Implementation QA, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives within the Quality Assurance organization.

This is a hands-on project management role where success is measured by execution and business impact. You will coordinate complex, cross-functional projects, ensure alignment between stakeholders, and support the organization in implementing new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Working closely with colleagues across QA, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development, Business Development, and Digital, you will help strengthen operational excellence and ensure strategic initiatives are successfully delivered.

We would like you to

  • Lead strategic implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery

  • Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans and operational activities

  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the QA organization

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout project execution

  • Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and implementation activities

  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely project delivery

  • Support organizational change and ensure new processes are successfully embedded

  • Develop practical governance, tools, and project structures that support sustainable improvements

  • Monitor project progress, KPIs, and implementation outcomes

  • Promote collaboration and operational excellence across functions

We imagine that you

  • Have significant experience leading complex cross-functional projects in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment

  • Have a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and driving organizational change

  • Have strong project management skills and are comfortable taking ownership from planning through implementation

  • Have experience with process optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation

  • Understand Quality Assurance processes and preferably have experience working closely with Regulatory Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance

  • Are skilled at stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority

  • Thrive in dynamic environments with multiple parallel initiatives

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

About you

You are a structured and pragmatic project manager who enjoys creating momentum and turning plans into reality.

You naturally build relationships across the organization and know how to engage stakeholders with different priorities. You are comfortable navigating complexity, balancing strategic objectives with operational realities, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.

You take ownership, keep projects moving forward, and are motivated by seeing improvements successfully implemented - not just planned.
