Salary: 70,000 - 100,000

We are working closely with a growing business in the performance-marketing technology space. The business is well established and helps online retailers find new customers in order to drive sales. As a major source of new customers and sales for our online retailers, we manage the complexities of a wide range of customer acquisition channels. They currently boast thousands of retailers as customers, with proven success in the US, UK, EMEA and APAC generating $5m+ of sales every day!

Due to the rapid growth and expansion of the business, we have an exciting opportunity available on our Program Management Team in Germany and UK. You will lead a variety of product development and business initiatives, playing an integral role in all aspects of the software development life cycle. In this role, you will partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data and Business teams to build a best-in-class solutions and resolve challenges. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills, make a direct impact to the business, and oversee a number of projects across our different business lines and products.

You will manage enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within each product line, while having responsibility for developing a consolidated view of the program. Program deliverables include: schedules, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status.

Some of the Responsibilities will include:

• Lead projects throughout entire development lifecycle: concept, design, production, testing, and release of projects
• Partner with engineering & business team to define timelines and milestones for technology projects
• Communicate and own project schedule throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage projects efficiently across multiple divisions and time zones
• Drive innovation through contribution and sound judgment within the engineering teams
• Stand at the intersection of the engineering and product teams, and be a true business partner to all organizations
• Facilitating the AGILE process so priorities are met, while focusing, empowering, and coaching your teams to success
• Communicate with fellow project managers, engineering teams, & business partners regarding project risks or changes in scope and timing
• Resolve obstacles through strong internal partnerships, clear plans of action, and creative problem-solving

We are looking for people with the below experience:

• Professional written and spoken proficiency in both English and German
• 7+ years of experience in program and/or project management working in systems based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Knowledge of product development life cycle and methodologies
• Experience in advertising and/or consumer technology program management
• Experience identifying and mitigating risk, leveraging technical solutions and processes
• Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to handle complex information, think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
• Strong track record of project management success leading engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Kanban or Scrum, Waterfall or other web project management methodology
