Job Description

DEADLINE 23 of August!

Do you enjoy driving operational improvement projects in a pharmaceutical environment?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our RA/QA/PV Project Management team and drive process optimization and operational improvement initiatives across the business unit.

The opportunity

As Project Manager in RA/QA/PV Project Management, you will play a key role in improving and standardizing processes across Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Pharmacovigilance.

This is not a highly theoretical or purely strategic role. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to project management - someone who can drive initiatives from idea to implementation and create structure, alignment, and operational improvements in practice.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows, strengthen collaboration, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and pragmatically.

The role is part of a newly established team within the RA/QA/PV business unit, focused on operational excellence, process optimization, standardization, and organizational improvements across markets and functions.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development, and Business Development.

We would like you to:

In this role, you will drive key strategic initiatives and ensure strong alignment across functions.

You will:

· Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the RA/QA/PV organization

· Lead operational projects from planning through implementation and follow-up

· Support process mapping, process updates, and standardization initiatives

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between stakeholders

· Support change management initiatives and help strengthen operational efficiency

· Lead workshops, project meetings, and follow-up activities to ensure progress and transparency

· Monitor timelines, risks, and deliverables across projects

· Help build scalable and practical ways of working across the organization

· Ensure projects are executed with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

You are an experienced and operationally strong project manager who enjoys improving processes and driving initiatives forward in collaboration with others.

We imagine that you:

· Have solid experience with project management in a complex organization

· Have hands-on experience with process optimization, process mapping, standardization, or continuous improvement initiatives

· Have experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

· Have some exposure to Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, or other regulated pharmaceutical environments

· Are comfortable driving projects independently and taking ownership from start to finish

· Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Thrive in an environment where priorities can change and where pragmatic solutions are valued

· Speak and write English fluently

· Have strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience with Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is considered an advantage.

About you, our new colleague:

As a person, you are structured, proactive, and practical in your approach. You are motivated by improving ways of working, creating structure, and ensuring progress in operational projects. You enjoy collaborating across functions and balancing details with the bigger operational picture

We imagine that you:

· Have 5+ years of experience within project management

· Have 5+ years of experience within Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance or Pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical industry

· Master/PhD in Pharmacy, Health, Life science or similar

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable

· Demonstrate a strong conceptual mindset, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and business acumen

· Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and an inclination to collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities and demands in a complex environment

· Demonstrate high proficiency in spoken and written English

· Excel in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

· Digital flair/experience in managing IT projects is desirable
