Job Description

Role: Senior Construction Project Manager 
Client: Specialist Public Works Contractor 
Essentials: Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence
Location: South Dublin based office, Greater Dublin based sites
Salary: €110,000 - €130,000
Package: Company car, pension, fuel card, onsite parking, referral scheme, wellbeing and staff events.

Overseeing: Full lifecycle of construction projects, site teams, budgets, and health & safety compliance.
 
  • Comprehensive Project Oversight Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Management Inspire and guide site teams, effectively delegating responsibilities to achieve project goals.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders Build strong working relationships with directors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly, keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.
  • Financial Oversight Track project budgets closely, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure cost objectives are achieved.
  • Ensuring Safety Compliance Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Digital Tools and Reporting Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows, track finances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
