The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation practice. This role is focused on leading complex client transformation programs end-to-end, acting as the senior delivery lead clients rely on when stakes are high.

You will lead project and programs across IT, data, analytics, and AI domains, with particular emphasis on:

• Data transformation

• Data, Analytics & AI strategy

• Data platform and cloud migration programs

• Data governance and operating model rollouts

• AI and advanced analytics adoption programs

• BI and reporting modernization

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders and assemble the right delivery team from Adage and the broader Newground Alliance network.

Your Profile

• Five or more years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs and projects with a majority within data, analytics, or AI

• Either a Program/Project Manager background or experienced Product Owner background having run transformations at scale

• Consulting background — or significant in-house experience leading transformation programs at a large enterprise

• Comfortable across multiple delivery modes, including classic program management and Agile/SAFe

• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, with experience operating at C-level is a plus

• Project or program management certification is a plus, not a requirement

• Fluency in both Swedish and English
